How so?

i had to give my bank over to my dad temp for all of this year to build up a car and apartment move out plan to get me out on my own next year in 2024. he is taking my entire paycheck and giving me back only $100 a month until i get into a car and apartment next year. so until then i am stuck taking ubers to and from work at $20 usd one way.
