Hard Drive Trouble
Now, first of all, sorry for being so inactive about creating arts recently. I know, you are all waiting for more stuff, and also I would love to create stuff again and bring my unfinished projects to conclusions, so I can start new stuff. And I was just about to get back to that.
Just right now I'm faced with a little problem. My hard drive is acting up. The issue is known by me, for disk read errors occur about every month, but unplugging and replugging the SATA-cable always resolved the issue so far. But now this fix only lasts a couple of days, top. What the problem is, I don't know? Could be a loose connection, could be corroded contacts. Or maybe it's riddled with corrupted partitions, triggering a disk read error by chance. Anyway, as long as my computer is still running, I will spend my time saving my important stuff to an external drive, which I last did about a year ago, so that would be about time, too.
So, no new art until I, maybe, get a whole new computer or have my tech guy have a look at it, assuring me that it won't explode while I'm busy doing art, destroying all my progress.
But... look forward to a sketch dump, as I'm going through my sketches naturally.

I use CrystalDiskInfo personally. If it show as good, it could be the cable or the motherboard itself.
In any case, you should get yourself a new drive and mirror it or backup your important data.
Normally read errors doesn't go away
