Might be a weird question but I wanted to know how you guys usually go about finding artists when you want to get a commission.

Whenever I end up wanting to get a commission, it feels like the longest and most difficult part is finding an artist for it. Hell, sometimes I have ideas and just haven't gotten them because I never found an artist for it. It always feels like I'm blindly looking around for someone who is both open for commissions and generally fits what I'm looking for for the commission.

So how do you guys go about it?
