Got some very bad news tonight. Apartment complex doesn't want to renew our lease. Have a few months to vacate.. very depressed about it... not sure what to do.. lost and terrified of being homeless again...

Suffering sever depression already so being productive is impossible, money isn't the biggest issue..within reason(NY is nuts rent wise) it will hurt alot financially yes.. but should be able to)

Its sad buta landlord is not required to renew a lease they just cant evict you, there are legal protectins aginst that , but they just wait and dont renew . Im so sorry.

yep, thats why its fucked up, devastating...NY insane prices... though know your area is pretty brutally expensive too
