Essentially what needs to happen is I need money for a deposit on a 2 bedroom for her that accepts medium sized dogs and a couple months worth of rent, I really don't want to postpone me going to college which is supposed to happen this year, once she is here she is going to find a job and I'm going to help her get her license and a vehicle so she can be self sufficient. I raised her, she's my baby sister, please help.
