January Jitters. 3 (this took FOREVER)

Fair warning... some people may view this one as fairly dark... but I write out my feelings so plz no harsh comments if you dont like it, thx cuties :)

We've all seen it before - a person, or in this case, a pet, steps out of line, breaks the rules, and immediately pays the consequences. Kylie made a mistake and broke the rules once again. She talked back and questioned Katniss... which everyone knew didn't yield any friendly results... especially if the instigator is one of Katniss' slaves.
Katniss was furious with Kylie for breaking the rules like this. She couldn't believe that Kylie would do something as stupid as this! Katniss finally had enough. Kylie kept forgetting where she was supposed to be and was always late for the training sessions. On top of all that she was now talking back and questioning Katniss. She also seemed distant whenever Katniss tried to make contact with her eyes. Katniss thought of a way to make Kylie become distant from her.
Katniss latched a collar unto Kylie's neck, and Kylie growled at her. Katniss was furious and tempted to slap Kylie as hard as she could, but she knew that this would put Kylie in her place. Kylie blushed and tried to apologize but Katniss would hear nothing of it right now. Kylie was still a bit embarrassed by her actions and was trying not to let that affect her performance. "I'm sorry. I'm really sorry," she said.
Kylie was always a rule-breaker. But it was this time she did it that may have cost her the most. Katniss was going to make her pay. Katniss took Kylie outside and made her stand in the middle of the street, in the pouring rain. She was cold, wet, and embarrassed. She was humiliated, exhausted, and miserable. But she learned her lesson. Katniss was trying to show that breaking the rules never pays off. "get a towel and new clothes and find me" Katniss said walking back in the door walking off in another direction.
Kylie was in trouble even worse than she thought. She had been warned time and time again not to cross Katniss, but she just couldn't help herself. She was always pushing the boundaries, testing her limits. And this time, it had finally caught up with her. Katniss was waiting for her in the punishment room. Kylie knew that she was in for it now. She had seen the look in Katniss' eyes and she knew that she was in for a rough time. She walked into the room, her heart racing, and faced her punishment.
Katniss wasted no time in getting started. She grabbed Kylie and pushed her down onto the bed. She then began to spank her hard, each slap causing Kylie to yelp in pain. Kylie tried to fight back, but Katniss was too strong. She continued to spank her until Kylie was crying and apologizing for her actions.
Finally, Katniss stopped. She looked down at Kylie, who was lying on the bed, tears streaming down her face. "You disobeyed me and now you have to pay," she said. "This is just the beginning". Kylie was terrified. She knew that Katniss was not someone to be crossed, but this was a WHOLE nother side of Katniss that Kylie had never seen.
Kylie knew that she had messed up when she disobeyed Katniss. She knew that she would have to pay for her actions. And that's exactly what happened.
Katniss made Kylie sit in the corner for a long time, and she was not allowed to move or speak, and if she did Katniss would slap her. Kylie knew that she deserved it, but she still couldn't help but feel frustrated and angry and feel a sort of self-pity and loathing.
Eventually, Katniss allowed Kylie to leave the corner. But Kylie knew that there would be more punishment to come. Katniss glared down at Kylie, pressing her heel into the other girl's head, making her kneel before her. "You should know better than to cross me, Kylie," Katniss said, her voice cold. "Now, you're going to apologize for your insolence."
Kylie whimpered, her face pressed into the floor. She knew that she deserved Katniss's wrath, and she was scared that the other girl was finally punishing her for her transgressions. "I'm sorry, Katniss," Kylie muttered. "Please, don't hurt me."
Katniss smirked slightly but pressed harder "what. did. I. Tell. You. To. Call. Me?", "I'm sorry, Ma'am," Kylie said in a fearful tone. Katniss was satisfied with Kylie's apology. "That's more like it," she said. "Now, get up".
Kylie gratefully stood up, wiping the tears from her eyes. She knew that she had been lucky this time, but she knew that she wouldn't dare cross Katniss again. Katniss was deadly when she was angry, and Kylie didn't want to find out what she would do if she crossed her again.
Katniss grabbed Kylie's hand and forced Kylie to look at her. Once again scolding her for disobeying, but gently caressed her ears. Kylie melted in Katniss's touch, her eyes closing as she savored the sensation. "Please," Kylie begged, "I won't do it again." "I'm sorry," Katniss said, "but you have to learn to listen." She released Kylie's hand and turned to leave, but Kylie grabbed her arm. "Please," she begged again, "just a little more." Katniss hesitated, then softened as she saw the desperation in Kylie's eyes. "Okay," she said, "but this is the last time." Kylie beamed as she felt loved once again by her owner.
Katniss had been hard on Kylie ever since the girl had disobeyed her orders. But despite the fact that she was in the right, Katniss couldn't help feeling a subtle sympathy towards Kylie. After all, the girl had been through a lot lately, and she was just a kid. Despite her better judgment, Katniss decided to show Kylie some mercy. She didn't go easy on the girl, but she didn't yell at her or punish her as harshly as she could have at this point. Kylie was grateful for the small show of mercy, and she tried her best to obey Katniss from then on.

I hope you like the story. Honest, but gentle, feedback is welcomed... plz nothing harsh or hateful... I cant really deal with that today.

It all feels rushed. Like you were trying to tell a several stories at once and gave a brief summary before moving onto the next. I think you should have made each "punishment cycle" it's own story especially since I didn't feel the reasons for Kylie's punishment aside from a mention that she "broke the rules". Specifics, yes?
