Yeah I'm digging the photo meme too

If a person that you've followed for years finally posts a picture of their self for the sake of a photo meme, and the first thing that comes to mind follows along the lines of "Wow they're ugly" or "This person looks like a creep," are you really going to think of that person in the same way you had before?

Good thing I don't think like that :3

I got nothing against people taking pictures of their selves, or even finding out what my favorite artist looks like. I just think it's kind of sad (if not a little annoying to some) when there's more myspace shots on the front page than actual art on a site dedicated to, well, art.

Well keep in mind the site is also about the people behind the art as well. We aren't machines, there are humans/real life situations and such outside of fA and the interwubs? right? o.o

Not that I took the meme seriously anyways, I mean look at my shot?
I personally love taking a look at the person's mug and comparing it to what they interpret to be their persona.
