It was, though from their follow up apology (now also deleted) they made it clear that they had not seen anything wrong with the comic or the commission and sort of deflected blame with a, "I'm sorry your offended, I thought my fans where adults, but I guess you couldn't handle it" non-apology. So even if they didn't come up with the idea, it wasn't a, "I've never do this myself, but the money was too good!" Situation, but a, "Oh... People have a problem with this?" Sort of deal. Bad look.

Also like, as Hazel said in her own reply, even as a com, that doesn't really make it better. I've been desperate for money and offered ALLOT to do a, "Adults, but they LOOK and ACT younger..." Story and I IMMEDIATELY shot that down because money or not, desperate or not, CP is a line you NEVER cross! Its REALLY not hard to look at a com, even one that tries to hide how inappropriate it is with 'actually 400 year old dragons' or 'their 18, but...' nonsense and just go, "Ya no, I won't do that. Sorry, good bye."

Plus... Lets face it, ALLOT of bubbeh stuff even before this point was like... Its fine, just seen allot of folks trying to defend and/or just straight up lie about the content of the comic going, "Oh it wasn't CP, their was a kid in it, but they where not involved, it was just a dark comic" or "The kid WAS involved, but they where just NEAR the sex scenes" and ya no... No I saw that shit before it was taken down and it was AS BAD as you can imagine. Folks trying to walk it back and obscure the details to make bubbeh look better are ghouls and I want to make sure as many people as possible know the truth!

Unwatched them already not too long ago as some of their stuff was already questionable to me.

The fact that they never rejected that commission had me scratching my head, but the worse part is: i actually knew who commissioned that pic as i began putting very familiar patterns together.

I wish i could remember the name but the FA mods may have gotten to them before or after the new rules were made.
