When taking a photo of yourself using a mirror and a cell phone, don't take a pic of your reflection!
Turn your phone around so you can see it's screen's reflection, and the camera lens is towards you.
A little adjustment using the mirror as a guide, then take the pic.
No more pics of you holding up your phone.
