I'm basically going to have to invest in a safe for my own room at home so my brother doesn't constantly steal from me. Going to cost me between 250-300 dollars. Seemingly the only way to keep the asshole from trying to steal from me at every turn. Pray for my sanity.
I'd set up a surveillance camera tethered wirelessly to your smartphone that can record all he does and then send it in to the police. Your brother could just simply steal the safe and crack it open and/or have any of his friends help him to do so.
