Right, well if said "lies" are about the negative health affects that come with gaining weight (Especially if you want to reach an insane size as the picture linked above), then you'll have to take those into effect as they are things that can and will happen when you drastically alter your body in such a way.

Like, the more fat or weight you put on your body, the more strain you're putting it under and the more susceptible your health becomes to the negative aspects of gaining weight.

My advice would be to weigh the pros and cons of gaining such a large amount of weight. If you do decide (Or have already decided) to continue down that path, then be prepared for doctors to warn you about the various health risks that lay ahead.
