Grieving my Cat
I just wanted to post something here, to let everyone know I'm a bit distant at the moment.
After a terrifying weekend with my cat Minnie, where we could not get her to eat, we rushed her to the emergency vet and she worsened quickly. After agonizing over it and trying so hard to keep her stable she took a bad turn and we had to make the terrible choice to let her go peacefully and not suffer through it anymore.
I am not okay, it's going to be some time before I am okay and while I can't just stop working, I am taking my time to grieve and self care. This means it may take me longer to reply to any commission inquiries or messages.
If you'd like to help support in this time my shop is open with some new items https://www.etsy.com/shop/INKtiger
My Patreon is also open and has a huge amount of art and comics to go through if you like https://www.patreon.com/INKtiger

Sorry for your loss.
Take all the time you need, We ain't going anywhere.
But we can take comfort in the happiness we gave our pets during the time we had with them, and that they knew they were loved.
It..might seem like small solace but, my family always had a personal 'legend' attached to the cat has 9 lives.
When you bond with a cat, it's their soul to yours. And they will find you again, eight more times. She will find her way back to you.
Rest, grieve, and cry. Till you can think of your little one with out them
That's all to be asked of you.
My cat is senior with cancer and more than once we thought we would lose him since last February, so I know that feeling, so much I'm dreading the moment we will just have to let him go. *hugs*
Take all the time you need and know that we will be here for you when you do return.
