Checking In: Thank Yous, Delayed by a Happy Heart

Hello everyone!
I know I have been quiet the past few days, but it hasn't been because I've been sad.
Me and my moirail got a new puppy.
It was like the universe just fell into place and now we have this... adorable little baby girl. Where I live people are charging an INSANE amount for dogs, even our local shelter charges $500 plus tax. But I found puppies for very cheap and I thought... there's no way this is real. And if it is, how could I be lucky enough to get one?
But it was real, and I did. The lady didn't even ask me for a deposit to hold her. She just... brought me this little baby angel.
My heart is so happy.
But man do puppies take a lot of time and energy. Gunna work out something with the plutonic soul mate where she watches Mirabel (our puppy!) and I get some time to focus just on art. That was supposed to be today, but all of us kinda just slept all day. Tired baby, tired parents LOL
I also wanted to say ~THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH~ for the kind words and understanding. It really helped a lot, and I like to think all the care you all put into my situation helped influence the universe, and bring me my new baby angel. So thank you all for your kind words and for caring about me so much <3 <3 <3
Also messages will be being answered when I get some time to focus. As I type this Mirabel is.... digging insanely at a crease in the floor LOL and she's not potty trained, and we have elected to not use a crate so... it takes pretty constant attention. She certainly won't be a baby forever though, and she's already figuring out the pee pads.
She's going to be 4 months old on Valentines day and she is a Shipoo ^^ She looks like a little scraggly grandma LOL Maybe I will find a way to show pictures.

Aww, she sounds like she's full of mischief! I'm so glad to hear about the new puppy. Take all the time y'all need to focus on her, she seems to be a lovely handful!! <3
