Until they figure out a better system to vet the content we have to see in general.
This recent incident with the actual live gore images only really made it worse as the steps to report content like this is way way too complicated.
on top of having to see "technically SFW" in general on the front page without being able to do anything about it on a site that's lowest age requirement is like thirteen years old? [which in compairison to the previous is not as dire of a situation and more of a prefrence]
I'll come back once there's a blacklist feature of some sort or updated tagging system in place.
