Hey guys! I'm so sorry for being absent! đź’–But I wanted to pass here and wish you all a Happy St. Valentine's Day! đź’– I hope you get a lot of love from your love one, friends and family, but most important, yourself
I've been offline because something sad happened here. I helped my brother with his moving, since he was living with her girlfriend and at the end, during my Bday's evening, he found that she cheated him with a guy from her office. So he was devastated and it was really hard to ask for help :c He didn't give me too many details, but it seems that she had the nerve to say that "he deserves that because she didn't feel safe with him and she was looking someone better", even when my brother helped her to get the job and with all the work she couldn't handle. Man, just a week before he bought her a chair for her office and some new clothes from her job, and she said that he didn't care about her... Oh well... And the moving has been such a mess, and now he's living with us for a certain time. TBH, I don't know what else I can do, I didn't want to hate her but before I can speak with her about the situation, she blocked me and remove me from all SNS :/ All I matter now is my brother and help him to surpass this heavy situation.
I don't want to make you feel sad or worry about me, just wanted to let you know this and if you could give us some advice, it'll be well received because I don't know what else to do. I suppose that I should give some time before try something else, but I really wanted to say her that she wasn't be fair with my bro...
I'll keep updating the progress of the commissions during these days, and once again I'm so sorry for all the problems. Happy Love Day! đź’—

Basically what might have happened is that HR will do a full audit on the two of them. And if it’s found out that she’s been getting promotions that weren’t based on her performance at work. She can either be removed from whatever position she was given and have to start all over again at the bottom. Or they will fire her or both of them.
Or your brother could go to the guy she’s with and tell him that if she was able to cheat on him. Then what would be stopping her from cheating on the new guy she’s now with.
That friendly advice would make the new guy a bit more cautious as well as not all that trusting of her.
But since this is the end of May, I get the feeling that between then and now. You’re brother’s ex had one of the scenarios happen to her already.
You're totally right, this could be done easily because as far as I know, they could get removed because the relationships at the work are forbbiden there, but I'm not sure if my brother was already having issues with her and he just wanted to let her outside of his life. Imagine how awkard it was when I was traveling in the center of my town and I found her haha, she just ignored me like she never knew me before. I didn't know she was there until my husband told me.
I think that he's still sad about how it ended all but at the same time he's enjoying her "freedom" in a friendly way to say it, so I hope this can get better soon <3 Thank you so much for your comment here! Nice advices! <3
