And there are scumbags selling 1 liter of water 93 reais (about 17,99 US$ give or take sans taxes), this is the side of capitalism I find disgusting and feed the socialist rhetoric of "capitalist pig", doesn't help said scumbags are small fishentrepreneurs, would've been stereotypical post-apocalyptic funny if it wasn't tragically real...

But my mind gets at ease hopeful seeing real people helping either by going to help clean up the wreckage or donating food, supplies or PIX (don't know the equivalent but is basically a WePay/PayPay/Paypal but with your account tied to the Central Bank and most of brasil's banks affiliated)

And of course the corrupt and populist will use this to make themselves look like the knight in shining armor which is even more disgusting than the capitalist pig selling for 93 reais because they at least make it obvious they want to profit, these put on a sheep skin to hide their wolf one
