I need a VPN for Windows (a program on a PC, not in a browser and not on a smartphone)
it would be great if it was free or with a free trial period (for example, free 500mb)
or with a minimum payment, up to $5 per month

Hotspot Shield имел как минимум пол года назад бесплатную безлимитную версию если видел укр. ай-пи адрес при регистрации. Щас не знаю, осталась ли эта акция в поддержку, или уже нет, но сам впн хороший, с ним и играть можно было по сетке очень комфортно

I think Surfshark's monthly fee is pretty cheap, but I forget how low it goes, and it has a free trial period as well.

You might wanna check reviews too, since a cheap VPN tends to be better than a free one due to the fact free VPNs are either slow as balls or shady.
