i mean,it depends,for me its easy since i been working on that for a few years
but i head there is a Version for PC
i never used it but i dont think is too complicated

Much better than SAI 1
No textured brushes and you can't imitate irl drawing there but it's awesome for manga/vector style
+ Photoshop for final editing

Clip Studio Paint! It's expensive, so get it when it's on sale! It always has them

"SAI Paint Tool" - pretty old program for Windows with shitty old interface, but I liked it. Very light, fast and well optimized. There is a newer SAI 2 but I haven't tried it. For animating, I use Spine or a free analog Dragon Bones

For example the autocorrector of the lineart in case it's not smooth. The big choise of brushes, and possibility to increase the resolution :).
