My Birthday and Gratitudes and Advices
Brace yourself for human ramblings.
Happy Birthday to me! Can't believe another has come again, what a year!
This morning I had homemade breakfast BLTs with extra B and cinnamon bun coffee. Later today I eat some of my favorite chocolate fudge cake, maybe some red velvet too, we will see. Also Starbucks gives you a free drink on your birthday so I will trek out in this dumping of heavy snow to get that you can bet! Probably going for a Venti Fudge Mocha or Salted Toffee Frapp, no ice! Makes for more liquid and I can add ice when I get home, I'm so smart.
I'm also overwhelmed a lot of the time, at the journey I've come on to be here, and the people I've met, loved, and lost along the way. You guys are part of me, helped shape me into the human I am on and off the line.
The experiences I have had, all the joyous and fun, the hot and steamy, the heartbreaking and the infuriating, it's been hugely thanks to this community and members for making it possible.
I always want to give back and do what I can for others. I'm not a doormat or a charity, but I am doing my best to be compassionate. It can for sure be challenging, not everyone vibes well with each other, and being in the crossfires of feuds and misunderstandings is not anyone's idea of a good time.
All this to say is that this place is home. I will never leave FA or Twitter. I will be there until the world burns down around me, or ya know my eventual natural departure from this earthly life. I have a hard time trusting people who just up and vanish without word or warning, something very off putting about a person who can just disregard their fellow community members like that. My parting piece of advice is, if you like a piece of artwork and don't want it to be gone forever, SAVE IT. Save it to your harddrive, in the cloud, whatever storage you've got. Keep it for yourself, because you like and enjoy it. Never go around posting thee arts and passing them off as your own, that's bad never do that, but always always always save the stuff you like, use it to grow and learn about yourself and your own skills, be inspired from the stuff you like. Keep what matters most to you because it could be gone before you know it!
Hug your loved ones, tell the people you love that you love them. Always be grateful for breath in your lungs. Be happy for other people when they do well, commiserate when people are upset, listen to the people you deeply care about.
Be nice to everyone. Be kind and friendly, stand your ground too. You can disagree with someone and still be nice about it.
So Happy Birthday to me, and all the other March 4 birthday peoples here and there and everywhere, today is our day and no one can take it from us! Cheers all! Thank you for all your wishes and blessings, this place is home, you all mean a lot to me in your own way.
