TERMS OF SERVICE

[General]
By purchasing art from me you have agreed to this Terms Of Service.
- I use Paypal.
- The base currency is USD.
- I require payment before I start the art. Payment plans are accepted, if the price is higher than 100$.
- I always provide a WIP sketch before the finished lineart, this is that stance where you can ask bigger changes,
or once, you can ask a total redo. After you approve the sketch,
minor changes such as artist errors will be fixed, (even if linework has been started)
but I won't change the base lines after this.
- I will only issue a full refund if I am unable to complete the commission for whatever reason.
- I have the right to decline any commission or discontinue any commission.
I will discontinue work on the commission if the commissioner is harassing,
rude, or rushing me to complete it. In this case, I will refund the full amount.
- My commissions are not first come first serve,
there are projects that require less time or work, and I sometimes prioritize these (e.g. YCH fills).
- Life is always unpredictable, so commissions can range from being completed
in a few days to in 1-2 months or so.
The avarage TAT is 2-4 weeks.
- Please do not write every other day to ask a WIP, I will send if I have any! ^^
I draw:
- furries (anthro and feral)
- animals
- sfw/nsfw, nudes
- simple clothes
I don't draw:
- humans
- mechas
- over detailed clothes
- such fetishes that I don't feel good in
- child abuse or extreme bdsm
[Adopts/ Customs]
- By purchasing my adopts, I will only send you the full image via e-mail/transfer your adopt on Toyhouse;
if the price has been fully paid.
- You are allowed to resell my adopts in the same price what you bought from me,
but you may only sell for higher if art or physical items added to the character.
[Comercial Use/ Usage]
- You may only use art/designs by me for personal purposes only.
You may repost and use the art for personal purposes with proper credit.
However, if you are looking to use my artwork for commercial usage (for example printed on T-shirts)
please consider: I am not accepting commercial use commissions. Thank you!
