193 countries to visit would be quite the feet. That would take 16 years and 1 month if you visited 1 per month

I will definitely try and do easy countries first, mostly those in the EU.

Atm, the most challenging countries for me would be Equatorial Guinea, Central African Republic, Chad, Togo, South Sudan, Syria, Libya, Somalia, Afghanistan, Yemen and Eritrea. Let's hope the situation changes in the next decade or so.

Yep...You'll have to go to all the tiny islands that are their own sovereign nations.

The tiny islands won't be too challenging imo since my citizenship has visa-free access/visa-on-arrival to almost all island nations (incl. Cuba apparently). The only tiny 'islands' that may be challenging for me to go to is Nauru. >:3c

Security passes for several countries are near impossible to get, and some countries are so volatile that your visit may permanently cut your travels short.

I will never forget those National Geographic episodes of backpackers trying to cross the Sierra Leone-Liberia border on foot and authorities trying to extract bribes and extort them

I'd start with the safest countries (USA, UK, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, etc.) first, once I got to Poland I'd use the existence of Kaliningrad to knock Russia off the list early and make sure the last country to be visited was North Korea just to hedge my bets.
