Ko-fi costs money (I believe $6 USD a month?) to have the membership feature, so you'd want to have a consistent income for it or else it won't be worth it. They're also hostile towards NSFW artists -- since you draw it on occasion, I'd personally avoid linking any socials from your ko-fi page itself or you're at risk of getting banned permanently. It's way safer to link to ko-fi from your socials than the other way around. (Their NSFW policy on the site is extremely misleading.)

One upside of ko-fi, however, is that it has a commissions widget, and you can even reserve spots for your supporters.

Outside of the monthly fee for ko-fi gold, I don't know how its fees for each supporter's payment compare to Patreon.

Thanks for answering! It sounds like Patreon might be the better option for me, especially since I do plan on drawing more NSFW. I'll keep Ko-fi as a sort of tip jar and keep working on setting up my Patreon.
