Hi all! Hope this is ok to post a journal.
We opened a spot in our apartment since one of the roommates had to move out, so we're looking for a new renter. It is located 20-30 mins away from Denver. The room is approximately 10x10 ft, but it does come with a semi-walk in closet. You would be sharing the bathroom along with me. Cleanliness is mandatory, so please no shoes in the apartment and no dishes left in the sink overnight. You're more than welcome to use our kitchenware but please stock your own food. Other than that, we're both laid back and easy going on stuff and we're both fursuiters and gamers. We like to be social where we can and catchup on things. We are both NSFW friendly, but please respect our boundaries. I work overnight while my roommate works during the day remotely. There is furniture in the common spaces that you are free to use. All utilities and high speed internet are included. We are looking for someone who can take care of themselves and can make rent payments on time, must have your own transportation and job. Also, 1 month rent security deposit needed. SORRY no pets are allowed. The lease ends in August so it's not for that long.
We've been searching for a while now and have had multiple people not commit unfortunately in the past. Rent is roughly $800-850.
