You could give Midgardsomr (male) from FFXIV a shot? While he’s on the simpler side by ffxiv standards, ffxiv is definitely on the complicated side for its dragons. He’s the only dragon that comes to mind, though.

How about Mizutzune from the Monster Hunter series? Canonically, the only ones you find/hunt in-game are male due to their aggression during mating season. I don't believe there's any details on their penors, though.
