YouTube is taking extreme measures to avoid copyright videos and even labeled those rated R due to the graphic nature they have, which the latter least makes sense considering people have been doing this for years without getting any complaints.

Now, I created a video yet I don't know about posting it. It has clips edited together and a watermark, just asking if anyone who has a YouTube account and posted videos from other sources, how are you able to do it without getting a notice from YouTube? Or finding a to contact someone from YouTube to show them videos that are approved to post.
