Please read these thoroughly before considering a commission with me.
I would love to draw:
- All kind of animals
- Fantastic creatures (expecialy dragons, unicorns)
- Landscapes
- Anthro
I could draw:
- Humans
- Soft nudity
I won't draw:
- NSFW
- Topics that could be qualified as religious, very brutal, politics themes
- Caricatures and chibis
- Complex machines / architecture
1. We could communicate in English or Polish language. If you are unable to clearly communicate, your inquiry won't be accepted.
2. By ordering a commission you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3. By ordering a commission you declare that you are of legal age.
1. During commission I communicate via email. If you are interested in getting art, please send a message on this adress: art.enchantedcreatures[at]gmail.com
2. Please include your paypal address so invoice can be prepared and sent.
3. Describe what kind of artwork you would like to order.
4. Include the informations about your character - reference sheet is the best. If you don't have any, detailed description is also ok.
5. You should also inform me what background would you like (in case of commission with bg). If you do not provide me sufficient information, I consider this as giving me free hand with it.
6. By providing me with the references for your commission you declare that you have full copyrights of the character design depicted on those references.
1. I start working after receiving the advance payment. The advance payment is half of the price. The remaining amount is paid after accepting the finished project.
2. Sketch commissisons are payed upfront.
3. Payment is made via PayPal (prices in €).
4. I am covering all possible fees, transfer-related expenses.
1. Full refunds are issued only before the start of work on particular order.
2. If commission is being cancelled during actual creation process, refunds will be calculated depending on done progress.
3. If I complete the drawing and you have not indicated in any way that you want to change something, you cannot undo the order.
4. All invoices should be paid within 7 days from receiving them, unless agreed otherwise. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled, also cancelling the commission associated to it.
4. Most of my clients are very patient, understanding, and polite, but in the event that I notice rude/abusive behaviour I immediately cancel commission without any refund.
1. At first I make a simple sketch.
2. I send it to you for approval. If any change is needed, it is very important to point that out at this stage. It will be more difficult to make significant changes later. If you do not provide me sufficient information, I consider this as giving me free hand with it.
3. I send you a detailed sketch for your approval. In the clean sketch phase you can only change minor things (nothing impactful pose wise).
4. In case you don't like the sketch at all, I can resketch it completly for the price of a normal sketch of the same size (I can send you first sketch along with artwork).
5. After your approval I finish the artwork.
* Exept of you ordered just a sketch. Then the artwork is complete at this stage
6. In case the piece is done, and you would like to change something, I can do tiny corrections. Great changes in the clean sketch phase and onwards will be an addictional cost.
1. The waiting time depends on the type of illustration you have chosen and the current queue.
2. Typically, the illustration is ready within a month. For more complex projects, 1-2 months.
3. Any additional work outside of initial project can extend working hours.
4. Timeframe is also depends on communication between us. If you will respond quick for my emails, the project will also be completed faster.
1. Finished project will be send on your email, after I receive the full payment. I could send you jpg, pdf, png (if you prefer different kind of file, let me know).
1. You are allowed to give someone artwork made by me as a gift.
2. You can use the artwork for personal/noncommercial use.
3. You can repost artwork to your gallery, provided you include coprytight information and link back to my gallery.
4. If you want to use artwork as a part of website or in any other way that doesn't comply with coprytight rules above, let me know and we'll negotiate both the price and rules.
