Did a little concoction today and if i may say so.... damn. :D
Frozen banana
2 cups of ice
1 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream
sprinkle of cinnamon
capful of vanilla
about 1/4 cup maple syrup
a handful of pecans
put everything in a blender on high for a while until smooth.
YUM
