Darkfluff Commissions ToS 4.2023

Every potential client must agree with the following terms of service.
1. Commissions slots queue/waitlist posted as a featured journal on my Furaffinity page (furaffinity.net/user/bigdarkfluff)
2. Claiming a slot, you should contact me via FA notes, my Telegram @ Dunkelflauschig or Discord NOCTmind#0146 (I prefer Telegram for best and quick communications)
3. After you have your slot confirmed and reserved you must provide me following information.
1. Commission tier you want e.g. sketch, full color with background etc.
2. Description (Can be short or more detailed, if you provide short unclear description I'll do first very rough sketch to check if I got you right.)
3. Character(s) Reference pictures. Must have at least 1-2 colored artworks as a reference (no need to be actual full reference sheet)
4. If you're including more than one character, and other character is owned by someone else you must prove that character owner is fully aware and agree with this and picture contents.
5. Payments.
1. Payment for a slot you reserved must be done ASAP. (Its a proof you actually want a picture and not just wasting a slot that someone else wants more than you, and of course not wasting my time)
2. I will start working on a sketch only after getting a full payment (No free sketch scam plz I'm not that dumb)
6. Picture contents. I will draw most of general themes. Not drawing any gross fetishes or excessive gore/violence. If you're not sure about the Idea feel free to contact and ask me.
You can include my character in your picture for the mutual fun (SFW and NSFW) But I must agree with Idea first. No additional charges for that, still counts as single character.
If you want a picture but struggling with idea and writing full description? You can give me artistic freedom only suggesting a basic theme, I will give you 15% discount!
7. Working process.
While working on your picture I will send you Initial rough sketch to confirm your idea for the drawing, sketch can be fully redone if you dont like it but no more than two times, after confirmation that basic idea is correct, Im working on a detailed sketch, edits can still be done on this stage. After reviewing final sketch (if its a fullcolor tier pic) I need a greenlight to finish it, after inking no major edits are accepted (smaller ones like "longer/shorter hair" adding small details on outfit, claws, eyes details are still possible) As a result you will get a fullHD or for detailed pics 2K .png finished picture.
