Yes I am finally going to Anthrocon this year! 😁💖 I've been wanting to attend this furry con for years now but never got the opportunity because of the travel expenses but now I can finally say that I am officially attending this year's Anthrocon experience. This will be my very first time going to an actual furry convention so I am pretty excited to see how it all turns out!
- Basic Convention Info -
-Where are you staying?
In a hotel somewhere near the convention. Don't know which one yet. I still need to reserve a room.
-What day are you getting there?
I'll be there on Friday.
-How are you traveling?
Driving
-How long are you going?
Till Sunday
-What is the best way to find you?
Look for me when I am wearing my fursuit Lizzie. She's the radioactive green and black wolf/dragon. I will also be out of suit too so also look for me with either my lioness fursona Lindsey or wolf fursona Lizz badges that I will most likely be wearing. -If I see you, how should I get your attention?
Give me a shout or a wave, I am usually a friendly person to talk to but just be aware that I am usually not a very social person unless I have a close connection with you and I know you personally.

-Can I talk to you?
Yes but I will warn you that I'm not really much of a social talker unless I am comfortable around you and I know you on a personal level. It's also hard to hear very well while in suit so you may have to speak clearly and loud in order for me to hear what you are saying.
-Can I touch you?
Always ask me for permission first before giving any hugs! I don't really like getting random hugs from people I do not know. Please be respectful of my personal space!
-Can I buy you drinks?
Yes if you want to! I don't mind the kind offer! I do love coffees and mostly iced mocha frappes from Starbucks. 🤩🧋Please no energy drinks of any kind since those bother my stomach and get me all jittery.
-Can I give you food?
I am kinda sensitive with certain foods unless they are gluten-free so I would have to pass on that. I will most likely be buying certain kinds of food that I know I can eat.
-Can I give you stuff?
Sure of course! I appreciate any kind of gifts or art you took the time to make for me. It will probably wanna make me draw a little something for you in return since I can be generous like that but please don't expect it unless I really feel like drawing something for you. If I am in suit I may not be able to grab them properly so you will have to give them to my handler. If I am not in suit I will most likely hold onto them myself.
-Can I hug or snuggle with you?
Again please ASK first for permission for any hugs! Gentle side hugs ONLY please, I don't like getting tight big hugs from people I don't know personally. Definitely no snuggles because that makes me uncomfortable if I don't even know you.
-Are you nice?
Yes I am a friendly nice person! I don't bite lol.
-Can I come with you for food/fun/etc?
No, sorry! If I don't know you personally then it's most likely that won't happen. I am coming to Anthrocon just to have a fun experience for myself and to get an idea if I wanna decide to sign up for the Dealer's Den or Artist Alley next year to sell my art.
-Can I take your picture?
In suit as Lizzie..definitely of course I don't mind one bit! Out of suit I wouldn't mind but I would prefer mostly getting pictures while in suit. You can post any pictures on here or any other social media site, link them to me so I can take a look and give them a favorite too.

-Are there any panels you might be attending?
No I won't be signing up for any panels.
-Will you be suiting?
Well yes of course! Why wouldn't I be in suit, I am definitely bringing Lizzie with me!
-What suit(s) is/are you bringing?
Lizzie the radioactive lime green wolf and dragon. She's the only fursuit I have currently.
-Do you have an artist table?
Not this year but maybe next year. Depending.
-Where will you be most of the time during the day/s?
Hanging out where the Artist Alley and Dealer's Den is then I'll be attending the fursuit parade/block party and later on probably chilling with my sketchbook doodling and then getting some food to eat. I do wanna try the rave which is Lizzie's favorite thing to do since it involves glowsticks and also I really wanna watch the other fursuiters perform at the fursuit dance competition. I also will be doing to fursuit ferry cruise too.
-Will you be performing?
No I won't. Just to watch other fursuiters perform.
-What/where will you be eating?
Probably near the food court area or outside of the con at a restaurant. Depending on what is nearby that I can eat and what they have.
-Will you be going to parties?
Most likely no since I don't know anyone personally who's going to Anthrocon.
-What's your goal(s) for the con this year?
To try and meet some new people and hopefully make some possible connections to maybe be friends. I really wanna have a fun experience and possibly meet some of my favorite artists along the way if they are going to Anthrocon. I also wanna see if this con will be a great place to sell some of my art for maybe next year.

Of course! I'll have to play it by year and see if I can make it to that con too but it's not a definite.
