Commissioning in tavern you are agreeing to the following:
• We reserve the right to print/distribute/include your commission in any of our future collections or artbooks, if not agreed otherwise.
• We can use created artworks for advertisement and promotion materials.
• Your commission may be posted anywhere on social medias.
• You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes, unless otherwise stated.
• You can post artworks created on any social media platforms with writing credentials to our tavern.
• Removing watermark and artist’s signature is prohibited.
• In the case of an adopts, you get all rights for the character design and we will mention you as the only owner in description.
• In the case of commissioning artwork, you’ll be the only commissioner and we will mention you in description.
Will draw: any species and genders, all shapes and forms, mild gore and blood, adult art and fetishes, humans.
Wont draw: robots, too complex weapons, underage characters for nsfw art.
Feel free to inquire about specifics before hand!
• Full pre-payment before work.
• Payment plan 50\50 is possible if adventure's price 200+ USD.
It means that you pay 50% at the beginning and we start working after that. When the last 50% paid – we’ll finish the artwork completely.
• Payments are non-refundable. Only exception – we are not able to fulfill your request for unforeseen circumstances.
• Payment methods: Paypal, bank transaction.
If you choose Paypal, it will be +5% to the cost. It is a commission that service takes from our artists.
• Extra cost for: wings, extra limbs, super detailed outfits, hyper muscle characters.
• In case of couple adventure the price can be lower, if there is only part of character and not a half\full body.
How to plan adventure:
1. Pick the type of commission that you want.
2. Pick the artist that will make it for you OR leave it to us!
3. You can also pick any employee of our tavern to participate in adventure with you.
4. Prepare ref-list and description of your dream scene.
5. Contact us writing everything mentioned above!
What will go next:
1. After approving your idea and receiving payment, we’ll get to work.
2. How long it takes? About 2 weeks.
3. We’ll share with you all work in progress stages, so you don’t worry about how it is going.
4. Edits are free at the stage of sketch.
5. After we start lineart and work with color, each edit will be +15 USD.
6. At the end, you'll receive high-resolution image with signature. And unforgettable feeling of satisfaction of your dream adventure came true!
