I had a rather unpleasant conversation with my parents the other day. Unfortunately, this year I will have to buy hay and grain for the horse myself. They will not be able to help me, because of the war they lost their jobs and have been living on pension all this time. In both cases, it's about $100-150, plus the money I earn goes to help pay utility bills, buy food and medicine for my parents.
Last year, a volunteer organization helped us a little with hay (then Peacemaker was given 9 bales of pressed haylage), plus we were able to scrape together our savings and buy the unworthy amount of hay with grain.
All that money was spent on buying hay, grain and repairing the paddock in which the Peacemaker walks. The paddock was damaged on the afternoon of April 7, 2022, when we had another air attack.
In total, I will have to save up about $ 700 (hay, grain and delivery of all this is included in this amount). I have two months for everything.
Please don't be offended or surprised that I'll be listing a lot of YHH for sale in the coming months. Unfortunately, drawing is my only income now. I am ashamed to just ask for money, as well as to turn again to volunteer organizations asking for help, I think that they have more important things to do.

For many reasons I cannot sell my Peacemaker. He is the main member of our family and also the meaning of my life, for which I am still alive. At one time, his appearance saved me from not ending my life. He means a lot to me.
And in principle, it is literally impossible to sell / give an animal into good hands during a war.
Plus, he has health and mental problems, it is unlikely that anyone else will be able to take care of him as well as my family does. I'm afraid that if it falls into other hands, it will simply be handed over to a meat processing plant or a city rental
Peacemaker sounds like a great horse!
