█████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████ Sorry I havn't been able to post any new art for quite some time, life just went
straight down hill not long after the year started, and only now things are
starting to look better.
I had a job I enjoyed, working with extreme sports goods like skateboards and
such, only problem being it was what we call in the UK a 'Zero Hour Contract',
meaning I work for the company, but don't get any benefits or guarantee of
any work at all if they don't have any to offer. In February things died down
completely and my manager mentioned to me there won't be any work for two
or so weeks, which I thought was fine cause I literally worked none stop all
throughout the pandemic and could use a long back.
Two weeks turned in three, then a month, then two months, and even though
I was looking for parttime work for the time being, I began falling into a heavy
depression and began job hunting. Had a bunch of interviews, as well as plenty
of rejections, even did a couple days at one place I assumed I got a role at, only
to not hear a call back from them, which only dealt another blow to my mental
state.
A few weeks ago, I finally landed a new job, but I didn't keep my hopes up, just
incase, and it was just as I started my Father suffered multiple heart attacks...
After a very gruelling week of learning all these new things for the job and straight
away go to the hospital after work to spend time with my Father in the evening,
things are starting to look up again (He's made a full recovery and back home) and
when I have recovered financially I want to get some things in mention I had
planned before my life suddenly came to a stand still.█████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████
