I'll post here only arts, yches and stuff, while on others be only designs, so if you're interesting only in 1 thing from these (or art or design) it'll be easier?

If that would make it easier for you, then go for it! Personally, I don't mind having both on this account, but I also wouldn't mind following your design account!
honestly i think keeping the adopts on your main account is fine as you've already got a decent following on this account and starting from fresh would mean you'd have to advertise a lot more
