Looking for Concept Artists

Hello all! Just like the title says, I'm looking for concept artists! Individuals who are willing to work with me on creating images for a world-setting book that I am currently developing.
This is a real proposition and I'm willing to pay good money to anyone I accept as a part of the project. Potentially a few thousand dollars over the course of 2 to 3 years depending on what we negotiate.
The project itself is called Refuge and it's a project where I will be designing and putting together a book related to various "regions" within this infinite universe. As such, I need artists who are flexible and able to work with objects, environments, outfits, unique species, weapons, buildings, and so on.

If you feel you can meet this minimum then send me your portfolio and let's get talking.
Again this is a serious offer and I would like to establish a working relationship based on this work. This is primarily to help keep the art consistent throughout the book.
If you don't do art or you don't feel your skills are up to snuff, then I'm also open to taking recommendations for perusal that I can reach out to.
Don't be afraid to tell those who you feel might qualify too! I am also open to any questions you may have either in the comments down below or in my notes or discord/telegram.
