Showing My Work

Or at least a small part of it, because I don't have the time, nor the desire, to sit and screencap/record my entire process of fudging around on Photoshop. Eyes are the most frequently brought up.
So my eyes are Ai generated because "they're blurry" eh?
Well, here's my step by step to address that one:

Hopefully we can stop going down this road now. People need to understand that inconsistencies do not = fake. Blurry doesn't = fake. The only fake parts about the pics I make are the backgrounds, which are ripped from stock lots, torn apart, resaturated and blurred until it looks "good enough" to fit what I need it to fit, and I've been doing that since I started digital.
Now shut up and move on already, because I'm tired of now getting notes of "Is your work really yours?"

But I guess it's really more rhetorical at this point...face to the palm. Jealousy is a weird as hell thing, man. XD
However, when I get people spreading rumors that results in me being pestered on other platforms, then I step in. Hopefully they shut their trap now.
Being pestered gets old really quickly, so I can sympathize with that. I hope they leave you alone now...I've loved your art for a long time, and would love to get a piece from you someday
AI is a huge concern though, it's scary what people have been able to do with it, but I can generally tell the difference.
And yeah, when done right, Ai can do insane things. I've not been able to do those insane things, since I've only messed around with the basic ones like Dall-E and one other. I've tried running the higher end ones, but my laptop cannot for the life of it even get them to work. From what I hear, you need a REAL powerful rig to get those to run.
I graduated in 2012. But even further back, one of your Jenna pics I think is from 2007 and was the first one I ever saw (back in middle school, it's the one with her and the plush).
if you did draw a black outline over the edge of the iris it'll end up not looking blurry but well there's no need to do that as long as you're happy with the results.
sometimes I wonder if it's just a case that if someone hates something they say i's AI :D
Just look at it this way though. it means your art did upgrade a lot since I first watched you long ago.
I actually DID used to use harder lines around the iris, which did make it look sharper. But I've come to enjoy the blurry effect as it makes my eyes appear softer.
Cause yep, as you said! It makes me happy :D
but perhaps it's cause those people were used to the hard line thing and not the new style.
but as long as you're happy :D
