back from the con going to take a small break and then get back to work on my commission and advertising my YCH and com slots i need filled but the con was good.
filled with a lot of contrast with lots of high highs (meeting and seeing all kinds of cool people, drawing a lot of neat commissions as well going to a few events. plus me and
kittylights got to just hang out after words in our hotel room and watch a bunch of videos and anime, so that was dope as fuck as spending time with one of my besties is great. got to see some friends from collage and say hi to a few cool artist for a small bit of chit chat too.^^
plus kat made a good bit of cash and lot of people will hopefully check them out and shower them with patreon sub or com or whatever in the future, so hip hip hooray for good stuff happening to my bestie lets GOOOOOOOOOOOo!!!!!!!.
but i had some lows were i failed to meet up with some peps do to a lot of the stuff going on, didn't really sell enough to cover the cost of the hotel, ticket to got the con and the cost of the sticker i had made and so that was disheartening as i sold a decent bit last years but i made around 400ish so that cover at least 60ish percent of the hotels cost since it was like 600 and some along with food. hotel room look nice but the beds were hell so it made sleeping hard for me and kat. that and don't get pizza from the hotels reastrant as it just all be cheese with barley anything else as it mess up your tum tum to varying degrees, just got to the dairy queen.
so ya high contrast big high and lows for me, still definitely will be trying again next year as if me and kat do even what we did this year we can cover most of the cost together, barring the nonsense we had happen we i had originally book two rooms and for some other pep and then they had said oh ya we cant pay. so not doing that again were i don't have to lost 160 buck extra on top over the 600ish we can splt that easy.
