Im potentially getting over $400 in July from tax credits...
Time to knock down some of my wishlist's now that I FINALLY replaced my laundry basket and garbage can.
...Things Ive been trying to replace since January.
Got new pillows and an 8000BTU AC since my last journal too (I owe $100 for it)
I'm starting to sleep properly because of it!!
Though trauma and other issues means im still waking up every 2-3 hours sometimes. I'm getting better.
--slowly
I also can finally get a 10lb bucket of Drywall finishing compound and a special surfacing trowel to fix the " cosmetic spalling" in my kitchen that my landlord isn't required to fix under Ontario's LTA. Plus its been like 3 months since my Manager has said anything about it anyways. I'm tired of looking at it and having company bitch about it when they come.
(My picture frame's anchor pulled out of the wall taking a 3 foot circle of plaster out on an external wall and the picture is "not original" to the apartment. Even though the picture was here when I moved in it is still considered "mine" and thus not "wear and tear". Its gotta be filled in 1/4 of an inch at a time necessitating a MASSIVE AMOUNT of "goop". I will be replacing the mounting properly though when its fixed. Also working on another bunch of spalling [from old age] that Is on the same wall.
Also; even though I cant afford it, I need to paint this place and re-finish the trim throughout the apartment. It looks ugly and I get bitched at about it by my parents.)
And maybe some "kitchen toys" off of my Amazon Wish-list x3 hehe?
