Woe

Just a little update/vent journal thing, because my health issues seem to be spiking recently. Part of this is the heat, I always forget how much I struggle the Moment it gets even vaguely warm here, my office gets the most sun and it's HUMID. My neck issues seem to be getting worse, and by extension the chronic fatigue and migraines, I'm trying to make an apt with my Dr but I'm pretty sure anyone in the UK right now know's how well that's likely to be going. I can't even Attempt until next monday, so fingers crossed... I'm just exhausted, nauseated, can't see straight and in general feeling gross. Nothing horrendous yet but just a constant low level malaise I could really do without. There's the usual house-hold stress issues too, I could really use being alone and in peace, but no such luck.
And my screen tablet pen died and I'm having trouble getting a replacement so that's causing problems too, though I can still draw it's slowing me right down even when I can stand to be sitting at the PC.
Feeling very low about everything right now honestly, and getting back out of it feels like it's getting harder by the day =/

FA+

We don't have it ^^;;; and tbf, my office is the ONLY room that really gets hot, because of the combo of actually catching the sun and all my computer gear. But Australia? Yeaaaah I bet you need it, just thinking about it makes me melt. It got up to 30oC in the office the other day and that was enough for me XD
Not to be wierd ir creepy or anything..
And Hopefully We Can Draw That Organoid Soon:)
It's finally dropped down to below 80% TTwTT All winter I hanker for the sun then it shows up and I'm like... No wait I've changed my mind I'm too british for this.
and yeah humidity is the actual worst, oof
im hoping things get better soon
I feel the ehat, too, what little heat germany is getting right now... but I start sweating at the head like nobody's business... maybe I gotta ask ym doc if there is somethign to be looked at.
of course at work I have to wear heavy shoes, but in my free time? even taking a seat might make me break out sweat... thank you, mortal shell, for making life even difficultier (is that a word? it should be) than it already is.
diffi...cult...ier..er..er.
One thing I like is working with the iPad, I can go wherever its coolest and pen replacements are easy, if expensive...
Good luck and I hope it goes well.
I've had the worst luck with Apple pens, but since I don't like working on the ipad I'm probably not going to replace my last pen--not unless I upgrade my ipad too and that's not something I'm sure on yet. Huion is cheaper but yeah, I am stuck at my desk. Def going to have to find the time to sit outside and sketch on ye olde paper this year.
Why don't you like working on the iPad? I've got a pro with the apple M1 chip, so that makes it pretty snappy even with large files with a lot of layers, so it's just as good as Desktop. I have a Huion Kamvas too, but I don't even know where it is... that's how little I've been using it since I got the iPad. XD
I'm not sure, it just doesn't work for me, I realllly don't like the UI for Procreate and while I have CSP for it, it's not ideal for mobile, it's a bit cluttered, and these days the sensitivity is malfunctioning so I can use it anyway =P depending on how things go in the next 6-12 months I'll look into replacing it, but it's a lot of money for something I basically just use to watch YT on.
I hope you get an appointment soon and they can sort something out for you :( Sending much love <3
Thank you Weeburd <3
I know how it feels to try and tough it out so I hope that things look up for you soon <3
Yeah it's rough, but at least I can do it X_X I remember when that wasn't an option.
