Friday Flats - June

Hey guys
Wow, Friday flats has been an incredible personal push for me to do more, and holy crap, I did more...
So far (as of 19/5/23):
A total of 186 images breaking down to:
82 core images
1 image with 8 versions (Cheyanne)
4 compilation images (Dee & Sandra, and Fiona, Heather & Sharon)
3 images with 4 versions (Fiona, Sarah, and Mae)
4 images with 3 versions (Leona, Heather, Selenica, and Natalya)
68 images with 2 versions
AND THERE STILL MORE TO COME!!!
Yup, there's one more week of the "Tentacles" theme to go, so get ready for the last two images of that theme next Friday. It's been a ton of work, but it's been really good fun along the way. At the beginning I had all the themes mapped out and was really happy to go on that way, but available time and change of heart started taking a hold of me after December 2022, so there were some massive changes from the original themes and some even got combined, albeit subtly.
However, next month brings us full circle! And as there was the fire of creation at the start of this project, there will be burn out at the end. :-P After June I will be taking a break. I'm not sure for how long, but long enough to sort out some health issues a chance to repair my sleep schedule. I'll also be catching up on some overdue commissions, so you'll be seeing more shaded work in the not too distant future.
However, that does leave one more thing... What is next months theme?
Well I had to wrap it up with something I felt strongly about, and what better way than with:
"Personal Favorites"
There are some rules to this one:
1 - I must have known of the character for at least five years.
2 - There will be one image of a character per artist or creator selected (but the usual 2 versions).
3 - I can only select one of my own characters.
4 - BONUS IMAGE - There will be one bonus image that will break rule 2. This will be the last image revealed.
Who do you think will show up?
So there it is, a full year of Friday Flats laid out (and a very tired Ghostwolf), is it going away for good? No, not likely, but with up coming life changes it's not likely to be so frequent either. Chances are I'll have longer to prepare and will probably only do 4 - 8 images maximum in a month, and maybe do two versions of each as I have done for most so far. I have plenty of themes I want to explore still, and was given plenty of ideas along the way as well as having a few I'd like to revisit some time, but that's in the future.
That being said, I'm going to try to get all of the winners of "Friday Flats: 2022 - 2023" shaded and posted over the Christmas season this year, but no promises. When they're all done, they'll be posted in batches over the course of a month.

Reading over the journal it has been one heck of a ride and seeing you draw based on themes over the months. Although, I hope your health is okay and that the time to recover via taking a break helps you out.
