Furaffinity has become a dead joke

Don't wanna say too much as even a word out of place is reason to be banned from this shithole. Will mainly state I've never used a website with as much disgust as I do FA: Patreon is coming in close, but Furaffinity beats all in this modern inquisition bullshit. I only looked a bit at whatever crap announcement they posted today before just noping out and closing the tab as it made me sick.
I understand they're essentially trying to regulate art styles altogether: Some of them literally want to dictate the style and anatomy artists are allowed to use... somehow relating that to child abuse in their twisted minds. Why not provide a chart of allowed art styles and body proportions at this stage? How about dictating the brightness and color tone to help fight depression? Oh I have a great idea: Please provide us a palette of allowed skin colors we need to use, that way we can fight racism and stick it those evil people who did slavery 300 years ago! What in the ever loving fuck!?
At this point my only conclusion is they want to create as much grief for content creators as possible just for the sake of causing harm: Those who now control FA seem to want conflict for the sake of it till they finally destroy the site. Dragoneer always seemed nice as an individual from my interactions with him, but he's clearly lost control of the platform or rather gave it up to people I'd rather not describe... it doesn't seem like he has any intent to change that and make it back into anything resembling a bearable place either.
If merely describing a personal wish is allowed, may the suffering of this platform be brief: At this point I only wish see the admins announce they're shutting it down for good, so that we no longer need to use it out of feeling there's no other way to watch some artists. I had some good times and memories here, but we're well past the point where there's no going back to anything positive.

In the end I can care less since knowing how irredeemable FA is, may as well embrace the fact that it's literally about to delete about a quarter of all art on the site for no reason if it goes through with enforcing this. Countless artists draw characters in a style or anatomy those people will surely interpret as cubs because they can, expect much of the community to disappear as every moderator starts to target any artist they personally don't like if "they draw big heads and eyes" is an excuse they can now lean on.
Look, most people are uncomfortable by this content that's actually bad it isn't one moral crusader its a lot of people with good points mind you not just think of the children, stick to baraag for that stuff, this site is naturally a beacon for drama so whatever, it's a force of nature
