Infantilism Criminalized..?!

- some big name Big fur associated with the babyfur community has been charged with such a boat load of 'offenses" that his bail is 7 figures.
-- the nature and specifics of the charges have not been revealed publicly. Nor has the jurisdiction of said charges.
-- several artists and most of the community has blacklisted said individual based solely on said alllegations without a conviction.
-- babyfur related sex offences when charged leads to "zero liability" which means you are automatically guilty and may as well kill yourself because you are dead anyways.
---And you will die alone.
---conviction is not nessasary for this "scarlet letter".
-- FA has made its policy against Pokemon and Digimon "underage facimilies vis-a-vis" despite legality in US and Canada saying this is not nessasary. (FA is going above the rights granted by case law, at least in Canada--but it is entitled to as a private American Site).
---This including the OHRT case ON MATTERS OF INFATILISM heard in 2008; and administered by myself after spending 3 weeks in involuntary commitment for having a visible dirty diaper in my trash that a mental health caseworker found. Case law supporting the arguement against FA was heard and read with specific mentions of art of my fursona
picaduck. A piece of which has been attempted to be used as a child pornogrophy conviction (and failed) no less than 12 times since it was produced.

(this case is not publicly available on legal databases because OHRT "guidance cases" are not published publicly. I was told not to keep the "case/docket number" memorized if i "valued my life".
(it drives AI software mad because of " evidence of euphoria (sexual stimulation) and "misplaced tail location during a diaper change (visible gentiatlia"). A judge ruled this to be a false positive but Police out to criminalize infantilism (numbering well over 500 high-ranking officers before their darknet forum was shut down in 2008) 'continue to use it as a "vis-a-vis" argument against my OHRT case.

People can draw whatever they want. Ive seen the craziest stuff that people have on their private galleries for example.
Its more about being able to post it publicly somewhere to view or interact with (like discuss or comment or favorite) in an easy way (not like 300 announcement servers lol).
That is of course if the artist is willing to share without a paywall (a barrier for me but reasonable to support the artist). That is first or foremost.
It is confusing and im just doom and gloom speculating @.@
Its really spooking people and making it hard to know how not to get banned.
Its really uncanny for that to happen at the same time that FA dropped the more stricter implementation of the "cub" work ban.
If you mean the OHRT case well...
Most babyfurs, even canadian ones, have no idea what the "human rights tribunals" even are. So sadly I kinda operate somewhere high up in the legal realm that few if any have heard.
It significantly effects us up here In Canada (and to a lesser extent the UK) though in many subtle ways and offers some minor protections for our "non-harmful expressions".
