About the new rule update on FA and blah blah blah...
And here a word from me. Read carefully, it could be important shit!
In case you missed it its there:

As of late i saw a lot people literally freaking out because of "how" it might affects them and their stuff they draw.
Honestly to THINK about that it "might could affect me" as artist shows me somethat already 2 things:
Either you dont really understand the meaning behind this change or youre unsure because you know what youre "doing", if you got that...
With that in mind, i as for a sample dont have to worry. Most if not all of my characters are clearly adults and are even slowly aging up in the progression of my drawing anyways - its not like i draw characters which might be small and be like ad- oh wait.
"BUT W.A.! WHATS WITH YOUR LEMMINGS CHARACTERS??????"
Yea, i thought about that for a moment as well but heres the thing: My Lemmings i draw, at least for the ones i do draw on a "base", are clearly adults as well.
This is what i call the "smurfette sample":
Only because a character is small in SIZE, doesnt mean they are automatically childs.
Lemmings are small, very small. Sizewise like maybe around HALF your middle finger (so i would say maybe around 1 inch/3,5 cm).
The problem is that i dont know the "official size" from Lemmings but, if you know the games, they can be even squashed from a very fast Tennisball and similar so yea: They are Small but that doesnt mean they are childs. In fact, in the opening of Lemmings 2, we see a child-like Lemming with a very old "elder" Lemming - And not to add Lomax in Lemmings Land where you Play an Adult Lomax in medival-like clothings...
What people think of if they read this rule is clearly the missunderstand part of "WHEN does a small character count as adult". Yes, this can be somehow a problem but again, Look at Smurfette which is clearly an adult and something like Cream the Rabbit which is clearly a child.
This has mostly something to do with natural behavior which A LOT artists dont think off
- A child acts like a child, an adult like an adult.
As sample was the "aged up" rule brought up because a lot people, even the rule itself, said that something like 1000 year old characters which still look like a child sure is really stupid and shows how messed up people can use such rule to excuse their fetishes.
No, what i mean and the said aged up rule is simple as that and i go use some sample characters as well so you can see what i mean...
Lets go back to already used Cream the rabbit where you can very quick see that shes suppost to be a small child. Simply put, do you "T H I N K" if you age her up that she would act like how she acts right now or would wear the exact same with 18 she does NOW with (official age) 6?
As another sample we go and use now So often used Krystal. Wile Krystals age is not really official (at least to my knowledge), She still looks and ACTS like an adult. So easy put, she is an adult and doesnt really need an "aged up progress" to look or act like an adult.
Another one would be Roxanne from the Goofy movie. In said Movie, shes clearly in the teen-ages because shes going to S C H O O L. Yes, she looks already like a "well definded female" but acts more like as how she should in her age: like a motherfucking TEENAGER. So easy to say, if you have this facts in mind, do you think you can just draw her in "such" situations freely~? Of course not.
So Rox needs to be aged up but than again: She sure doesnt look like the same with 18 as she would with her (official movie age) 14 but more like her part in "Mickey Saves Christmas" where she looks a bit different and is suppost to be around 20 (again, official age).
So easy to say, if you "THINK" your characters might be "in danger", think about how they behave and how they would look (IF they are not already) if they are in the right "age" for "that". Characters come in a lot of sizes and sizes shouldnt mather if we talk about age - what counts is if their brain is old enough to recognize that they are doing the right thing for the age they should represent.
Imps, Lemmings, Smurfs, Mobians (sonic characters) are all short in size but you can see who is an adult and who is not.
A child wouldnt know about taxes nor does it know what actual "sex" is, an adult isnt going to school anymore or would wear something which they did 10 years ago where they were 14 or even younger, it wouldnt fit them for sure.
Now you can make or bring up "roleplay situation" like an adult would roleplay as teen from school or something but than even than you would clearly say an adult would act different than a teen/child in the exact same situation - keeping the word "ROLEPLAY" in mind here.
So thats my 50 cent to it. I have nothing to fear if you see how i explained that. I doubt i made it easy or "to clear" but again: Age is NOT a matter of size but recognition and behavior, easy as that.

I'm watching artists since 2007 (yes you're one of them) and as far as i've understood there were several cases of FA-Staff has (seemingly) randomly banned art and artists regardless of character-description. Just by the things they've seen in the pictures.
There was an example of another Artist with a fursona with short, slim and feminine shape and smaller bust-size. Now she fears to be banned again for this "not clearly visible adult"-signs.
I know that said "Shortstacks" Like Mobians, Goblin-Like Characters etc. are most of the time clearly adult, but i believe it's the fear of the Staff won't care and won't stop at this point. FA suffers greatly under sinking numbers of talented artists. And i too fear that this will make it even worse.
Good thing you're out of danger, because i totally agree with your characters appeariance! *nods*
I mean i listed some samples there as well to prevent the whole "i just aged up my character" thing as well.
What you are saying sounds like that the characters from said artist are maybe small in size but still are adults. again, if they act like an adult and have at least the mind and recongnition of one that said artist and characters should be fine.
This is something i with FA would not so "vague" about. They should literally go the extra mile as i did and kinda should use some easy samples.
In our glorious modern age - powered by maximum speed - you have to deliver maximum results with minimal investment of ressources. Next step would be setting in an AI-cintrolled filter, i fear...
