Update: Policy is still terrible. But Progress has been m...

As some of you may know, FA has made their first concession. The policy is still highly prone to abuse, and targeted, but what of the largest community killing elements of it has been disarmed.
The update if you’d like to see it is below. But I’ll soon explain it and all the awful things that are in that post. As we saw with the banning of my protest two days ago. FA is trying their best to control the narrative surrounding this entire ordeal. So It’s best for us to stay critical.

But first, let's look at the good news. The only real change in that entire post, which is mostly just trying to feed the same meal they tried to make us eat on the 19th, in a more appealing way.
Violations are no longer on a two strike ban system. For everyone here and elsewhere that has stood with the Pokemon, and Digimon communities. Thank you, you should be proud of yourselves. Because you made this happen.
However the fight isn’t exactly over. None of the systems inherent abuses, as well as its exclusive targeting of these communities, are gone.
During this post, FA reframes this new policy as old policy extending to Pokemon and Digimon. This is fairly nonsensical, as I mentioned in my post about the first policy. Pokemon and Digimon were always subject to these rules. And people HAVE been banned over posting cub containing Pokemon and Digimon in the past. Further more, their bandaid for unfair takedowns is a reminder you can send a support ticket or an email.
The real law equivalent of this is someone saying “No, this law isn’t racist. A black person can still make an appeal after there already persecuted under it”. If FA seriously believes, this policy isn’t targeted. They’re going to have to make material and trackable guarantees that the same body types that are allowed in the Animal Crossing, Zootopia, My Little Pony, and all other fandoms are also allowed inside Pokemon and Digimon content.
Next, they mention the system that they’ll be using to judge proportion, by not mentioning much of anything at all. If they really think that their support system is going to stop abuses. How are people supposed to argue for their case if the only metric for child like proportions is that an FA staff member says they are?
At the end of this, our demands should still be the same. WE don’t see these changes as fair or equal treatment, and you’ll need to ACTUALLY make changes to the targeted and abuse prone policy to ensure that abuse doesn’t happen.

What's wierd about the pokemon stuff a rioulu can be both a baby and an adult like all the "baby" mons. Case in point the Mystery dungeon games where they can talk and act like adults.
