Please read it, it's important to me.

Hello my dears. I am very embarrassed to write this, I always thought I was capable of doing it myself, but I'm afraid... this case is not one of those. Circumstances are killing me in every way.
I just stop coping. Before the war I could carry everything on my own, I had enough to rent an apartment, cats, buy my own food. I even managed to spend about $500 a month on a dentist! But in the last year, especially after the new year, everything has doubled in price. This was especially true of food, fresh fruit and vegetables. Such simple things have become VERY expensive. I even switched almost entirely to ordering food, because it was cheaper.
But my health left a lot to be desired and made it clear to me that something had to be done. As it happens, I had an injury as a child - a bad blow to my back. I had already forgotten about it, but at the age of 18 I started to have back pain suddenly, and the results of the mri told me that I had two large hernias in the lumbar spine. A year later I had a ruptured intervertebral disc in my sleep, I was paralyzed. There was an urgent surgery to replace it with a very expensive implant, about 350,000 rubles (about 4.5 thousand dollars, we have an average salary in the country of $ 500 a month). I thought all was well, but almost immediately it got worse. there was constant pain, my legs began to work badly, night cramps and pain in the muscles. I could no longer run, jump, or even go outdoors often. But I went to special training sessions with the hope that everything would be okay. It didn't.
This story was two years ago, since then my condition has deteriorated greatly. I recently saw a doctor, an experienced neurosurgeon. He told me that according to a fresh MRI I am a completely healthy person, much more research and tests are needed. And maybe my implant is inflamed or not installed correctly. And if that's the case...then I need to have surgery, take the implant out. Put in a new one, drill out the vertebrae and fasten them together with metal screws. Roughly speaking, fuse several vertebrae into one. And then be on antibiotics for months and pray that the inflammation doesn't start again. But first I need to treat a few of my other ailments. I have severe anemia and also some severe inflammation in my female genitalia. And without taking this into account, a back surgery could cost more than 1,000,000 rubles ($12,500). And not the fact that it will get better. Probably even worse.
Two days ago I went to the dentist to get a filling, but ended up losing my seventh tooth, the one next to my wisdom teeth. I just didn't get it fixed in time... it cracked. And now I have to endure a lot of pain, even with painkillers, until it heals. and in two weeks I'm going to take the stitches out.
I've already spent about $10,000 on my teeth. My mother was negligent in her pregnancy, so the enamel on my teeth didn't form properly. It just falls off and crumbles with sand. I'm 20 years old, I don't have a single tooth that is whole and healthy. I have to get all of them replaced with metal-ceramic crowns. Otherwise, I'll just be... no teeth. I have a few more years to go to the dentist 2-3 times a week and spend another $10,000 or $15,000. Or about a million rubles.
I realized that I just stopped coping. The last few weeks I've started to notice that I have to force myself to paint, I still love it, but I can't work 8-15 hours a day anymore. And I can't start my treatment because then I won't have anything to pay the rent on and buy good food for my cats. Relationships with my boyfriend have also deteriorated a lot, his salary is only $400, that's enough for half the rent and a couple of times to buy groceries. And he can't find a new job, because almost all the companies have left Russia, the unemployment rate has increased several times. This year was the worst for all of us... and there is no telling if the next year will be better.
This post is kind of a cry from my soul. Thank you for listening to me, I appreciate it. And I would really appreciate your help if you have any extra money. I know that in many countries now it is hard too, prices are rising, there are no salaries. But even 10-20 dollars in Russian rubles is already quite a lot. Or I can draw for you a beautiful art, or even a few! But I'm not sure if I can do it fast, probably within a couple of months, if my health doesn't improve. :(
If your payment did not go through and Boosty gave an error, dm me. There are several ways to solve it. Thank you in advance.

And I guess that starts with you coming out about this, I hope people give plenty of donations! It's always nice knowing the money goes towards helping a *real*, deserving person and not a faceless corporation, as I say.
