Well i just do basic shading. When i'm uncertain about shading i just use refs.

Sorry I have basic coloring down myself I'm looking for the kind that is essentially detailed.

Hey, JooJoo, just an idea but you could toss out a sort of sample page for applying artists to show their skills, think of it like an application.
Just something simple enough to help you judge what you are looking for but nothing that takes up too much of the artist's time.

i second that actually maybe like a google forms page ?
