So many artists I've followed over the years and have grown to recognize their art from style alone, all gone... I'm not seeing any point in sticking around any more myself. I really don't want to start from the beginning again, I never made it to a million pageviews.. I don't want to leave, I really don't, but it's becoming a ghost town here. Artists fleeing left and right, very rightly fearful of the new (yes, NEW, don't give me that 'but they were always there they're just enforcing it now' bogus) policy update, going to greener pastures. . .

Hm, maybe a million pageviews isn't really all it's cracked up to be anyway. Maybe the important thing isn't the numbers, but the art itself. Even if the policy were totally rewritten it's too late to bring back several influential favorites of mine because they're tired of always worrying and wondering, anyway.

I think I'll stick around for a bit until I find an alternative site that works for me, preferably something with an easy crossposting system and is popular. I heard chatter about a new up-and-comer with promise but someone tries that *every* time these mass exoduses happen so I'm not holding my breath.

In other news I have been working on a new picture, a personal one that I hope you're all going to love. I've been sharing progress updates in every server that'll allow it so it's not a secret or anything, and then after that I've got three commissions lined up! Not to say that I'm taking comms from just anyone yet, honestly you have a better chance asking me over DMs than waiting for me to announce them.
