Medical Updates just to ease my mind
Went to a clinic for evaluations, had my blood pressure and sugar tested and doc says it's normal, had an ECG to test the pulse and it came out normal as well during that time.
Had a blood test but the results isn't coming back until a few days to a week.
Honestly troubles me a tad, doc said it might be hyperthyroidism
For now they've only gave me something for my gastric to help me eat as I was also having troubles eating.
So far the last few nights has been almost impossible for me to sleep, lying around for about 2-3 hours before my body decided to cool down with the random jumps and drops
Waking up super weak. Also found out that melatonin might not be helping at all.
Had Doc and my family contacting friend's advice, believed it might've been the intense gym workout weakness + my anxiety kicking in are causing me to shoot myself in the foot
I don't feel the drop during the afternoon, it's mostly close to sleep time is when I felt those jumps and drops.
I will fight through this, for now Imma attempt to go to bed again but like, on a plastic lazy chair :u

Gym workout weakness with anxiety might likely be what happened to you, making it difficult to sleepy. Trust me, I've been there a few months back and I was scared to go back to sleep too because spasms and jumps... >.<
It took me a few months to recover, and it left me with annoying acid reflux that made my chest and throat hurt...
I do hope you get well soon, hope it goes away soon than what I had
But of course, always best to ask professionals.
