Why should An "AI" give a shit whether you say "Fuck you" to it anyway? If it were my site I'd program it with a list of snappy or humorous comebacks at the very least.

Customer service, has become customer annoyance. It's no wonder people leave providers behind when this sort of shit happens.
there is one company on Earth that has raised customer service to the HIGHEST peaks of excellence and that company is CHEWY.
I am not shitting you.
Never had any problems with being able to talk to someone.
they answer phones on the 1-2 rings, NO menu, straight to a voice, and they are able to process orders in hours.....not days.
maybe im in the minority but it makes sense to make customers happy.
This is what Chewy does, i LOVE those guys.
