try using posty birb. it lets you schedule art, make decription and tag templates and post to multiple sites at once https://www.postybirb.com/

You could dump them all on a Dropbox folder or something, and link it from here using a pic as a master-post? I've seen that done a few times when folks do monthly sketch dumps or whatevs.

I don't think there's any efficient/tidy way of doing this though lol
