How can we help civilians on BOTH banks of the Dnipro???

There are many Journals and several Artworks here on FA that include information about how we can help people in Ukraine on the right (west, Ukrainian controlled) bank of the currently flooded lower Dnipro river, but I have not seen any specific information about what we can do to help civilians who live on the left (east, Russian controlled) bank of the lower Dnipro whose homes have been flooded by the breaching of the dam at the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant (KHPP) and the draining of the Kakhovka reservoir.

If any Russian artists/furries have been posting Journals or art on FA about helping the victims of the flooding on the Russian-controlled side of the lower Dnipro, please post a Comment with links to them. (only links to FA please, not other social media)

If anyone has any information about how people can help civilians victims on the left/east bank, please leave a link to the Journal or Artwork here on FA and I will include a link to it here in this Journal!!! (only links to FA please, not other social media)

The only contact information I have found so far for helping people on the east bank is from Ukrainian artist and long time FA member (who I have commissioned in the past)

Last thing i hear is that "putins" simply shoot at anyone trying to help or escape past them, and not let any organizations to interfere (or, as always, those organizations simply do nothing).
Is it true or not? Am but a nazi zombie (according to "putins") and can't know for sure. Seems plausible considering the past records...

Some people managed to get out of there on their own, on some boat or so. Other than that... No idea.

Apparently the UN does not have access to the Russian-controlled flooded left (east) bank of the Dnipro.

There is a huge problem that russian soldiers do not allow volunteers to the left bank. There have been cases of shelling of volunteers, as well as murders. And the russian soldiers themselves do nothing to save civilians, not even letting them out of the flooded areas.
This is a huge problem, because it is only by a miracle that the Ukrainian military manage to evacuate some people.

I did not see the centralized collection of aid specifically from the zone occupied by the Russians. This is now dangerous, because they not only shoot at attempts to save people, but they themselves save only those who took a Russian passport after the establishment of the occupation administration. I know of several decentralized gatherings by trusted people who are local themselves and found themselves in the occupation and helping those who were flooded, but it's all images with bank account numbers, without one collection center.

This is what I wanted to say: in general, there is very little information from the occupied territories, especially from someone from the furry environment. Today there was information from acquaintances of people who broke into the zone with the Internet and say that the occupiers have imposed a 20-day quarantine in Oleshky and Golaya Prystan` (these are flooded cities). They are not allowed in or out, there is no access for volunteers. Roadblocks have been set up. Many simply rob. Therefore, it is impossible to do anything officially. I have now received some contacts of people who help the victims in the villages wherever they are and I will distribute your money among them. Thank you, They really need this right now. As soon as I distribute, I will write to you in private about for whom and for what I sent.
